Mission:

Your mission will be to develop and drive the overall strategy of R&I Packaging Development, implementation, and cross-departments projects for AQUA, in order to generate packaging innovation and or improvement that is in compliance with Danone and local or external standard and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop strategy, coordinate, and monitor new packaging development (inno, reno, productivity secure supply) in order to ensure the new product has met Danone and local standard as well as properly tested
• Initiate and monitor the packaging production process improvement initiatives in order to enhance the efficiency and/or quality of product packaging according to the packaging specification.
• Coordinate, control, and monitor the initiation, continuation, and implementation of cross functional projects in order to ensure the projects are running according to the pre-determined time frame, budget, and quality target.
• Anticipate, assess and analyze the gap and take follow up action to move forward based on the regulation and policy change
• Work closely with global & local stakeholders
• Equip the team's capability to be sustainable for the future through competencies and skills development

About you

Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering

Experience:

• At least 10 - 12 years in similar leadership position and preferred from FMCG background
• Strong packaging development experiences and have the mindset to develop, design & implement the packaging plan

Specific Knowledge:Strong knowledge on packaging development, user experience of packaging, packaging research & material science

Critical Skills:

• Strategic & analytical skills with business mindset and solution driven (root cause investigation)
• Capability to deal with complexity
• Stakeholder Management, includes having courageous conversation with stakeholders, providing insights and proposed solution
• Holds clarity, rigorous discipline and process
• Proactive and work under pressure
• Lead, direct & develop team members

Language: Fluent English written and oral is a must
